Registration

Registration fees:
  • $40 per team
  • $10 per individual

To register, select the Registration button at the right. Before you do, here are a few things to consider:

1. Registration Options

Register your entire team as team captain

Your team captain may register your full team and pay the $40 registration fee: you do not need to individually register participants. You will then have only a single fundraising page for the whole team and a personal fundraising page for the team captain. Individual participants can direct interested supporters to the team page to encourage donations and support. Team captains will still be asked to list names and email addresses of riders so that event updates can be sent to all participants.

Please note: When you register as an entire team, the names of your individual team members will not display on your team fundraising page. They will still be registered for the event. If you would like them to appear on your team page, please email ouruwhealth@uwhealth.org

Register as an individual, riding on a team

Your team members can register as individuals and pay $10 individual. Each member will then get an individual fundraising page. Individual fundraising totals will also be reflected as part of the team total. When you ask family and friends to support your efforts, you can direct them to your individual page.

Register as an individual, riding solo

You can also register as an individual and not as part of a team. The registration fee is still $10, and you will still be encouraged to raise funds.

No matter which registration option you select, you can register additional people later, but please note that you will have to pay the additional registration fee at the time you complete each registration.

2. Where and when do you want to participate?

There are three event sites: two on the UW-Madison campus, and the Princeton Club on the west side of Madison. You will be asked to choose a location and a time period at your chosen location, as well as a backup time. The event runs from 10am to 1pm. Starting times are at the start of each hour (10am, 11am, and Noon). Locations are:
  • UW-Madison Campus Locations:
    • UW SERF (South East Recreational Facility) at 715 W. Dayton St
    • UW Natatorium at 2000 Observatory Drive
  • Princeton Club West, 8080 Watts Road
We will attempt to honor all preferences, although this is not guaranteed. Times will be confirmed via email by Saturday, March 1. Teams will be assigned to ride together unless otherwise requested.

3. What if you need help?
