The Department of Neurology at the University of Wisconsin provides quality care for people afflicted with diseases of the nervous system, and conducts research in basic and clinical neuroscience in the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health.

Funds raised for Neurology support research and education, and advance treatments related to the neuroscience program and services.
